I’m Karen, and I know what it feels like to wake up one day and wonder: "How did I get here... and how do I start again?"

For years, I lived a life that looked stable from the outside but behind the scenes, everything was crumbling. I walked through divorce. Financial loss. Betrayal. Grief. And I had to rebuild not only my circumstances but myself.

I moved to Auburn, Alabama with my children in the middle of my own personal collapse so my oldest daughter could begin at Auburn University, and we could begin again as a family. It was the most humbling, difficult, and powerful chapter of my life.

It changed everything about how I show up for other women now.

Why I Coach
I coach because I've lived it. Because I know what it means to feel overwhelmed, under-supported, and uncertain about what comes next. I believe with everything in me that it's never too late to come home to yourself.
